Para ser la primera pieza, ha salido casi perfecta, aún así y viendo las pequeñas imperfecciones que hay, ahora sé como y por donde modificar el molde de silicona para que salga aún mejor que esta, lo bueno de esta experiencia con la silicona para moldes es que me va a servir para la restauración de muebles o pianos y copiar piezas ya inexistentes en el mercado actual

For example you can try to add 4 or 6 slots for small rollers to help the slide move easier! Just an idea...

Pros y contras que le veo, Pros, es un trabajo de precisión pero se puede hacer, marcando en la o las brocas a que profundidad hay que parar de agujerear, como no es mucha profundidad igual con una dremel se puede hacer.

Contras,   los ejes son de acero inoxidable y los mini rodillos también y no sé como soportarán la gasolina o vapor de gasolina, y si con el tiempo se engarroten por culpa de ello y la compuerta no suba y baje bien y la moto se quede acelerada, aunque si la compuerta solo se desliza sobre los rodillos esto no sería un problema, habría que probarlo, de todas maneras la idea es buena y muy bien pensada      

They way of instalation i had on mind is simplier and it can installed on stock slide guides too.
I have check the round spot and it measures 5.5mm so i take a blind screw with a head of 5mm , make slice in meedle and there i put the roller! This whole thing then i stick it on place!

No but its on my mind for sometime (some years actually!).
The blind head is 5mm wide , you cut a slice of 1mm down to 3.5mm and there you install the roller. Of caurse you need holes for roller axis !

I had to give a fast try and i can say the results are satisfing!
1, i had to make a hole of 2.5mm
2, make threat with a 3mm screw.. the plastic is thick enough to support threats..
3, you take a 3mm headless screw and prepare it (flatten the surface and make a slot of 1mm wide 3mm deep).
4, install the roller( i dont have by now)
5, install the screw and adjust the surface of the acrew to the surface of the guide!
When i will try and be more serious on it i will see if there is any problem with the roller clearence.
If so i will use a bigger screw of 3.5mm or 4mm!

..an even more easier modification is just install the headless 4mm screw with the round head touching the slide. The move is much more smooth than before but I only want to see of much wear can have on the slide..

Eso lo veo mejor, porque creo que con el tornillo fijo se acabará haciendo un surco en las guias.

Yes i could find also on ebay. They are called "spring ball screw".
This is a really simplier way but i only wonder what about the spring? Is there any suspension and how deep is it?

Spring Plungers and yes they have internal spring..
point is that if the force of the spring is enough to resist the force of the vacuum which is pulling the slide.. I will order some as I really want to find out!
